The Food Safety and Standards of India (FSSAI) on September 29, 2026, notified regarding the De-notification of Food Safety Officers for Fortified Rice Kernel.
FSSAI has de-notified the Food Safety Officers notified for Fortified Rice Kernel (FRK) under Notification No. F. No. IEC-34011/1/2021-IEC-FSSAI-Part(8) dated July 2, 2025, including amendments thereto. The de-notification is issued under Section 37 read with Section 10(5) of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and takes effect from the date of publication of the notification.
